Shifts:            8:00am to11:00am - Wednesday and Friday

; h3 v+ J( j9 u0 c# v8 g$ CJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
( c# D) B" A" R  Q
1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

  H% E# F3 \& Z  |! e# y2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

. L& K7 N2 A( V# V/ _! V7 ^3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

+ i  y5 u% r# s9 Y7 @6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

) s4 D2 [& Y0 [1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

" _& J# c3 ?5 q; o  }. Q' h( c2) Cashier experience.
2 d6 V) f2 F& u
3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.
' M7 F* m/ J2 b1 d0 ~2 |# Q* R6 U( r3 O
5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
