5 h' O& j) g. J0 L* R2 wJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

. N: o/ I  d) x0 O DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

. ^7 A2 v5 o. u/ x# F1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.
) M# `; d' P% G" A; n' \' f& y; G9 ]5 V
" g# ^, J8 B, D# y# {, l2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

0 ?( C& e: ?( k  ~6 a' N4 D' \3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

. |+ V( M( W. P1 `% o5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

) B8 X( ^' ]+ V$ gQUALIFICATIONS:

1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.

: A* K( g- [) I4 y" g+ L& e% N3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
