0 [* y& H/ e% @+ iJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
/ ?* x/ F3 p! W( g+ ]
3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.
% r  r0 n4 v! W% }! T
4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

# d6 S$ m4 G$ t2 p! h& e5) Serve as cashier when required.

$ L" i9 T7 H( x  F1 v6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

  r% J( m; x4 T) H1 rQUALIFICATIONS:
' \' ^) O( I3 b8 D: R* W
' z) `0 k- g: n* p) o% E1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.

$ m( ~  L5 t! T$ |( U1 X1 R3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.
