! u; c8 I: a+ {" K* w6 v+ mJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

( S; }6 W! _  D& e, V$ q! N DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

. |0 ]% d) B8 M$ M/ Z0 H3 N$ S2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.
+ G( ?' z( [0 m$ |% X
4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

9 Z# _8 {& Y( U4 C2 q! u6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.



4 p& o& D- {5 B8 l# IQUALIFICATIONS:
1 u* i. n" [0 }
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

) C. y; ?% `. I8 h8 \. z; {4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

3 @7 G9 ]/ r; S5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
