) d( H- y  N7 Q4 qJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

( {+ \5 U5 b1 y  R1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

$ a/ s6 V2 ]6 c7 L6 _8 J2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

. ~, [# G& ~' w5 c0 m" V4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

6 G+ y0 N, Z+ l$ J1 ]5) Serve as cashier when required.

" C0 s) ^# v# z' Q) v% oQUALIFICATIONS:

1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

+ f, c; \) e1 C* d2) Cashier experience.
) g- R* X9 D" }0 t$ o9 W
+ K( c7 G) a4 O: ]  U4 P5 Z3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
