申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
( T* m% y  `- [4 M) `& v3 jenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
6 O5 ?( n3 G; Xand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
6 C* Q: }9 \  w& N% G% BPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
# r; |; I2 D6 x/ Pintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
0 z/ T% G# p' V+ \/ W(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
& U/ L, u$ |  w" _! O  P(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
/ |* t  j5 X& s# b(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
