申请者应满足如下条件:

b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
9 i& f0 r% D. Y( g+ t1 e: yenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
* ~8 W6 L5 }% ^- q0 z* hintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
) r, o6 Q* V6 {! |8 R* N3 A7 W(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
8 R( |/ p  i: n(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
. V8 |* a  i9 s! J& i3 ](d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
