申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

* }  v& A. O7 a0 D  S) G& rPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
5 g4 N/ v1 e; s5 I( Aenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

2 x! `: v  T( E; a! j" v# oThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
9 e" [1 g% g# a5 `. c! J8 Z(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
3 u7 o; T: I. g' X. g+ h' e(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
