Participants: Chinese families

Place: McCauley Elementary – Junior High School

  ^4 `' F6 ~- NProgram includes:
1.        Magic, Carnival games, parent & child activities, Chinese riddles, crafts, pre-schoolers’ corner, lucky draw etc.
6 P- Z# {* z/ `0 B: `5 [  p* l, y( F2.        Hot dogs and snacks for participating families and a small prize pack for each eligible child while quantities last.
, [  r$ P% q/ v) ]' a+ c2 q3.        Talent Show: All children are welcomed (pre-register or register at the door)
4.        Lantern Contest
        Category: Children (Age 6 to 12), or Parent & Child / Youth
        Materials: any kind (including recyclable materials)
8 @' m% d- X0 N        Style: traditional or contemporary
        Size: no bigger than 12” x 24”
. V" ~9 }4 z! R6 w: J        There is no limit on how many entries a contestant can submit, however, each contestant will not be awarded more
                 than one winning prize in each category if applicable.
" O8 W0 a0 N4 R7 a) Z; G- I        Children or youth contestants will get an entry prize each (while quantities last)
$ j% K2 w3 x1 T% V. n: `        All entries must be turned in to the Reception of the Children’s Carnival by 2:00 p.m.
        All entries will be displayed and adjudicated on site.
        Lanterns will be returned to the contestants after the award presentation.
