( u0 m9 J+ w- Q想让孩子以加拿大永久居民身份就读加拿大一个档次不太高的全日制本科大学，以确保他能被录取；然后下一步想让他转学到一个档次高些的大学实实在在学些东西！

１．        加拿大对移民大学生转学有何规定或要求？是否有在原校就读
                时间期限、学习成绩、学分数量等要求？具体如何？
' f2 Y/ \7 j' g２．        在同一省内转学和跨省转学要求有何不同？是否仅仅关系到学
: A3 _" }# Y" B4 N                生贷款和奖学金等的省际差别而已？

先上一个普通大学或者college再转到好的大学是可以的
4 t" W: ]! H7 U7 g  E) G' w但是比较困难
! Z, J% F7 e# X, R; ?因为学分转的可能不合适或者其他
9 A4 \1 G& u7 v/ r最好直接去个好大学

the point is it is not likely for him to enter a top notch one directly. that is why he raised this question.

there is no difference for admission no matter you apply directly for a better university or transfer to it. the only benefit is that after being accepted by a better university, people may have some courses taken in fermer univeristy transfered.
