Develop and implement retention strategies for existing membership base
! S1 y7 Q1 j& X7 l- ~% o4 a) o¨
7 Z* k, F1 v9 x+ q7 ?1 s8 |Assist in the recruitment and development of new members
¨
Communicate facility information to both internal and external members; respond to feedback

Establishment and maintenance of group memberships
# S3 U0 ^! s# n" l- t+ F2 \4 |¨
Provide leadership and support to Member Services staff

; M& T  k. T+ eAdministrative and clerical duties related to program delivery

Qualifications:

Marketing/Sales experience or interest
3 s2 d) D8 x$ I4 }( b¨
. F$ X  N8 b/ ?  o1 r, wStrong communication, writing and time management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CLASS

Skilled with diverse clientele & a fast-paced work environment

/ D; p9 o1 t( a: _8 H: B6 hFirst Aid and CPR certification

Police Security and Child Welfare Check required
