最近很郁闷

想买房,可房价一个劲地掉啊,郁闷,买了能保值么?

房价涨了,买不起房;房价跌了,不敢买房。。。。。。。。。

I am suprised that I cannot find a decent unit from start of June.- O8 p+ e2 Q$ `1 ?6 C. H
I bought my last condo in May. I thought the market is going down, and try to snap another one this summer.
1 u# a8 D. Z+ a2 w% H# YHowever, none of them can compare to my last one. I made three offers in comfee. I offered them $10,000 less than they ask for.# A+ L# B6 `. H: E
Well, they don't even give me a counter offer. Just decline right away.- t% \& c( Y7 q6 m
Can anyone, give me some info? I like concrete condo, 2,3 bedrooms, price around $250---350,000.4 q2 C( z: Z4 G

1元1元地往上加, 直到他们晕了, 协议就会达成.

I read the statistics data from MLS, it said that 60% deal accept less in last month. And average closing price is around $10,000 less than the list price.( ^2 f& p/ ^( M  N; ?0 I+ y. T/ _
Well, looks like those owners sell in comfree, are not that desperate as I thought. Maybe I should try MLS again. By the way, all my properties are bought from MLS.) s* q, X* S! N  O5 I" y8 W
As a buyer, I guess choosing MLS would be better off. The seller's agent can do a good job to persuade seller to accept a lower offer. (don't hit me with brick, I am not from MLS)3 K$ E, y" T; z' X5 K( r
I have to add one more, there are really not many good units in current market.

以前听一个中国经纪说过,有些国人,看个房子,看半年,半年间房子不知涨多少了,终于下定决心要买了,看房子降了一点,还是不会买
& c8 [$ B4 C8 R这种人就算等房子降到10块钱,他还会考虑会不会还降到1块,还会观望.

头发白了还继续等着房子.

your price range is well enough for a 2-bed concrete building or some 3-bed. whether you can knock 10000 or 100000 off from their list price it is very subjective to the seller. if that is a great condo unit and priced right on the market, if i am the seller, i won't even deduct more than a $1000.   there is a minor decline (or i should say an adjustment) on the price, but this is just for some of the expensive houses, so on average it looks like going down for few % as a whole.
