/ A8 R/ c: O. \' S; X6 uDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* {' P. }5 T7 R" x& M3 b# q* L1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
2 C; |( ^" p7 Y9 D% q7 Qof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.+ \5 V9 G8 @9 I8 P2 e1 w( h4 S( V
0 B0 @( ~1 m. c3 [6 k5 N7 j2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
+ V! C6 l7 `3 |" N+ Uprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
; E; g, d6 j% W0 f# [course packs. This includes following operational procedures and 3 l$ ~8 q0 R6 B, I% Q
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment - v' W" v: B" J0 \6 U- e) [
failures to the Operations Manager.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
4 W \- }+ w8 v. N" M2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.; c/ Z+ t/ n5 A; R7 E% h
& A, K- C$ Y8 r2 m. t4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution./ G- F) G9 H& v8 _9 F/ X0 u" p- H
