JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
8 S4 e) n: i: aSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
w3 V f$ t( g: x) o& Z1 N" E2 qSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
1 A5 _& H5 D: s6 B3 K1 p- dof Course Pack production.

# ~( ?$ F5 U0 EDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
! V* e8 ^5 f4 q# o8 A1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning & @; e+ s8 C9 t! B9 k0 g
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.2 C" F) ?* z0 T0 L) |
6 }% z2 e, [( g9 @& K8 K2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
5 V! t [/ p9 _% Y3 G, eprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 0 b* Z# h- A7 V( f
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and 9 R% Z8 |& _# F( }/ v5 u
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
. H) I3 V( K9 q! C6 a4 e/ zfailures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

QUALIFICATIONS:' G3 R, V7 @" D4 s! K! K
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
) w% J" J; n* ?, T6 W N0 o2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication , x# E: \3 {. }
skills.& C, T' n) H# c$ M& g$ x
5 z3 X# N1 l5 U7 }3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.4 m4 M" Q0 [/ f+ ^4 |: T( ?5 d

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution. C5 B7 `0 A! r U* n; u
