; F) D9 X M2 ]DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:" g) \2 C3 J/ @; [* ]
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
- a7 d) B3 o3 t7 R5 s/ z- @of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.. [. c8 R$ q6 _. t5 u
% M7 a7 m$ l6 G) ` {0 u2 Q2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
. B9 ] H% n4 o2 N/ v4 K; v, dprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.% R* [% D4 m9 _# J6 Z
( e' o% Z, C- I/ U% q7 P3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
5 [8 d! ^- i# G) I" ]- @course packs. This includes following operational procedures and ' V% E. q7 O: K
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

3 }: N- Y5 ~/ a5 h/ S3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
