, J" c* u" E& [6 Y" @ cSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
) V) B+ j, O: h" s! `Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects 9 }+ p* ?5 {* K' T+ G
of Course Pack production.

! ]9 G4 [' c! Q7 D( W# GDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:. F* o8 H1 _% B- W- S1 t
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 5 d/ h. p7 p* z
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.. o0 ]- g) S3 M- v% e
0 s/ H5 _% r# s; I
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
9 s( ^* Z- [& J8 k/ tprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
! S: `! \0 ?& rcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and 5 N' d$ U! s- g4 p0 ~1 v& ?
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
3 `: R* E1 R: g# V, tfailures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,
9 e+ V2 w1 L8 b. aand adhere to regulations as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:2 h9 { v x# F5 i
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent./ ]! k# L. m! A5 a; a7 g$ C
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
0 `6 F8 {. H( i; L5 w# p, v8 xskills.5 v L% z. }- e; f& W( @
1 y8 x8 C. i! `* V/ X6 y) O3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
