JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-

Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
& B$ Z% S- w1 X, c, Z+ {of Course Pack production.
/ N" [, r! ^3 _# D$ s* C9 E$ N$ P
( q3 M( i8 a% B8 qDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:& Y7 D6 M. I6 n/ D: S) z) a, x
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
; Q$ [! W C$ M& r# qof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
& M) @ s" {! w; S' V' }- ^: |8 Z0 f9 Q, }! A: _% p* v
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 4 r- r$ \+ c( I: E
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
3 n) H" Z9 S: m0 }$ J! ^5 Q6 _# ^7 d" L* p
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 7 D4 i( W) X$ l H. M
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and 6 @2 r, K1 b' C# f
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
; b8 V; J- x% {failures to the Operations Manager.+ T3 V7 A3 D. j: O- u

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,
, V6 G8 N, m7 _! Vand adhere to regulations as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS: v# Z1 R. x3 {, Y9 @
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.! E5 R3 y6 g* K3 w# \- _
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication 9 h" k9 S/ U9 O' V# X/ q
skills.5 k! B) V } c( c$ r
7 Z$ P$ y! H2 }; V) |3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

3 R5 ]3 L; o3 g) V+ Z4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
