/ R2 q0 n/ K1 BSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:" M9 ^- K/ J7 t' A& ~; u
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning # Q3 X& ]3 p+ Q
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing. J6 y$ x" f" J! z7 s
7 B2 \+ ?7 v" u2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including / q! W0 p0 `) J; A# ?
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

1 F5 y/ t' _. @* E3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of : Y& {5 w; S5 Q/ `1 U5 S4 ~
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and ) |& M, _5 e1 u z' H
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

; k3 N2 w6 P6 a7 ]" Q5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 0 R+ f3 l4 \4 O* v8 \4 m' e

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.! F. u3 b" J0 v# f) @* ?
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
h9 ^4 A( s, f2 e& Q( qskills.8 K6 c- m; g3 h6 ]% M2 m/ i
3 C/ J" s; [" R4 M5 }5 i0 [4 v3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
