JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
8 {. D/ M! Z+ i+ y4 u6 Z- ^SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical + Z9 ~$ s' T# j* b/ Q
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects $ Q6 Q8 X1 o$ I0 k5 Z
of Course Pack production.

]" j9 f% a0 q" p. N5 i7 n5 CDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
2 T7 h) e) F2 F9 f' u- M1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 0 J0 {% p8 k. M. a( ~3 \1 u
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.

8 e$ j7 d4 ^% ~+ \2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
# b. O7 A5 ?: p" `print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

, \9 n: z; k7 J* k; O5 t3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 4 u& P7 U9 K! j0 W' |+ i8 x3 L4 S# W
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and ) u% `( A, W, O' a) F
keeping appropriate and accurate records.8 H% z! p: q" g& F5 q$ }+ |3 n* o
" j# ?6 o: h' C6 X0 Y$ L+ @2 H- K3 D
4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment . `. g3 R7 `& c( n( r
failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 7 ?& G; H9 T2 Y- D, q+ V6 y9 M
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.( Z5 R# S! h8 P) L$ b2 ^" Q' h

QUALIFICATIONS:- A0 v+ A" r; u5 @) S
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
+ S1 f8 ^7 X# |6 ^( D2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
0 v. u( a/ M4 t! iskills.1 H2 Z3 o1 X& R8 U6 D

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
