JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- 9 f. }4 _% m0 Q
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
% `& T, c4 R% D h- `) A1 M- T/ p8 aSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects 3 w' B5 S+ y4 N" G) X
of Course Pack production.

7 R4 |) K" E# K1 BDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:$ L" j1 L+ H/ J, |' G; d
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
6 Z$ R5 s& Q! v/ Q9 r2 Fof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.# A; f; f2 n. z& w# @
. {( H: m! z' W" C
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
2 i. B( q p& Q; b- w1 jprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of " M8 V8 N7 h# j' V8 G
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and & b U. c7 E+ {1 B' k( H
keeping appropriate and accurate records.2 i2 V+ ]$ r( j/ U% N4 A, a

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment # {1 j5 i: K$ s* O
failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, * N$ Q Z" [0 x- f$ A7 r, V" m! v
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

: ` u9 [9 `2 J# K$ I6 Q3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
