Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

& ]( R; r. n" ^DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ P& b$ Z* z# T) T( G1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
5 v" R1 v4 ~* j7 b; w6 O, Gof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.+ p, S6 l+ a; k, n; R W
7 k9 C1 B& \! A! l' Y
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 1 s4 t/ `1 E+ ^: O9 t, ~
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
4 W: K3 A R& I" h& A6 ]course packs. This includes following operational procedures and % o8 A' ]/ s7 F
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

' |% k+ w$ d# g8 n: X4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
