group in its CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Returns Processing Unit. As an accomplished problem solver and a

As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
6 I" S* N$ R. f$ q: D) {assessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
9 _; J1 ~8 y8 n# hgroup performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
6 d0 s) {+ W8 n: g, T1 Y% Faddressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
: P$ P5 `% `' v5 p9 zprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
assisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

! N! p- N) ?$ v+ v- x, m" C. kAs a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
5 g+ Z  j7 S4 E% {work within the TRA Division.

Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
supervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
