group in its CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Returns Processing Unit. As an accomplished problem solver and a
people-motivator, we need you to take on this challenge.

As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
: O! u2 n6 Y. {6 O9 Yassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
+ t, K, G' k. D+ bgroup performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
' ?( m3 o- z) y3 M/ L2 h& ?' sprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
. D! j  O+ X( U& Y1 i+ @9 _assisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

0 T+ L6 d2 K9 ]; W% ]Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
supervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
