Alberta Finance, Edmonton - Tax and Revenue Administration (TRA) needs a dynamic, hands-on leader to lead a
group in its CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Returns Processing Unit. As an accomplished problem solver and a

As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
. d% e& @0 ^- e: Tassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
$ Z8 H, q0 P4 Bgroup performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
, G5 c( _, |/ @addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
5 \' E5 P  {% yprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
, n) n) t; V2 F0 K8 r, S8 y7 i. Aassisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
