Investment Administration Division provides comprehensive back-office support services for Alberta Investment
( }) v1 H2 X  ^' m) PManagement and various other government departments and agencies encompassing assets under management in excess
0 _( R7 Z9 P4 l1 Vof $70billion. As the Data Hub Administrator, you will utilize your strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-
2 q" z4 ^: L# ~making skills to perform ongoing assessments and reviews to validate HUB data. Based on your assessments, you will
0 E: f' b- G, N8 r' d9 Gcoordinate the release and distribution of HUB data reports each day to various end users and clients. As our Data HUB
, Z0 S) A% {8 ?# p& Mevolves through several phases, clients will expect you to keep pace with all new developments.


Data management activities are characterized by due diligence and a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that HUB
. V% d" @2 }4 X: J/ ireferential data is complete, accurate and accessible on a timely basis. To expedite HUB database readiness, flexible hours
4 R0 k% N' T+ o: S; J' O$ Cof work with an early start time will be a requirement of the position. A special work hour provision applies with a
! E: O! K1 ?) J: ydaily start time in the range of 4:00am to 6:00 am, commencing after initial training is completed.

" k# `* K8 ]# N. o- Z1 KQualifications – Completion of a diploma in Computing Science supplemented by 4 years progressively responsible data
management experience. Finance and/or investment knowledge is preferred. The ideal candidate will have formal
% j; |' w, {, M3 |/ Seducation in Computing and Finance. Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and some familiarity with SQL
would be considered assets. Equivalencies will be considered.
