to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
: Q% c- p1 M/ B0 V, ~$ j  h, T! Nexperience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
coaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
) X) D+ l4 i2 [  \+ ~; ~job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.


You get results with your excellent consultation, influencing and organizational skills, your strong
service orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act
" j4 w4 `: Y! `, h0 Dindependently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other
related HRMIS software.


Qualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
. C: x, n& s0 N4 F2 w9 V; Lunionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
