Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and

Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the4 s- j+ P# Z3 @5 x4 U9 M: w5 ^3 i
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.% b% A. T( C- |* R! \# Y4 G& f
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
B% t. |, j, n0 W! `$ I+ yvisitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the

, A; c, d' S) B: {! O& v, z aFront of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be1 l3 O2 ]0 ]1 C0 L' g$ v
part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.
# h* E5 p, i E* @5 b- @Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
: e4 V) F# T; j& E; [2 n3 g- v! Gthem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late
4 a9 s" [1 f# M* U) @hours are part of this crew’s duties.

festival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide5 z$ m8 E; p; r& _: ~+ H1 B1 ?0 T
programs to visitors to the festival.% P4 g( |4 Q: O# O9 b
Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for, g4 `) u. B: v
everyone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.
4 D1 x5 x0 l* pOffice: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed
5 H7 ^0 ?4 ~- Oevents and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the: z, a, ~4 y- f3 N4 i8 }

Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is+ b" q7 {# d5 a0 }' R6 N
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
$ l: {2 ^: D) [1 n* b r; L. Tare physically fit and ready for any emergency.) d, s' Q4 o3 k# Q; X
Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training5 G" N) s6 Q3 Z
and/or understanding of back stage procedures.
% a% r$ M8 C7 I# p0 D! E0 S7 ITransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
5 j8 ?; N2 X6 a! K7 {- g) Mrequired), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as1 D" |, E s4 L; n4 \
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival3 p1 z% h7 c# R& y$ X B7 f
staff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
