Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and

" d9 P4 I* q6 @ A' Q! w# m# eprep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.
, l0 Y. k( H0 QChalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the
' ^$ Q4 ?1 {- U5 ]2 F! Fartist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.

Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be

them with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late

festival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide9 Z) X: Q' R9 d& }" ?/ i
programs to visitors to the festival.) H# _/ M$ B0 ^) ~1 G
Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for2 f# Z8 p2 a. Y7 R% a# P% r
everyone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.8 ~+ P# x5 B4 r# ~7 _% R+ _' A& [
Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed
' l+ E2 q$ V7 Q+ q+ c/ ^4 S+ w# z v4 t; hevents and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the
+ h: f6 o0 K0 `festival.
9 ~ w" w: _3 T! W% Q# l$ o6 P$ uSite: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is5 C8 u* P2 H8 k, G. }( Q
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you7 j8 G' h, c. z2 U
are physically fit and ready for any emergency.
) b5 b: N! a' R: q+ S5 MStage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training. w5 m8 C7 p- A" t* v8 z% E
and/or understanding of back stage procedures.
9 h: L& |! n6 PTransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
9 ?- o! f! s$ w s2 @- urequired), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as
. @3 J7 |7 R& S# h bairport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
( r7 V# T! S0 m: D1 B0 [: N$ Zstaff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
