JOB SUMMARY:  Reporting to and under the supervision of the Senior  
% b" @) @  N+ o% h: b% jOperations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
fulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
2 K4 f( T. g7 v" w7 p3 C; Keffective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

6 o4 u" E5 y. Z4 p( @DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
3 M8 U! F6 x" k! F6 U1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail in the training of part time staff

3 J! m7 O% y3 C1 H$ Z3 f# z* X2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
/ [2 P4 Y) d1 Bensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements

3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
, s4 h( D; Q% Z/ T( q  @Retail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured

7 V% F" _" A; f0 j: [* A4 k4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
& }- ^: r* j/ q- t2 g  S+ B  Jvarious shifts as per store hours

5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
* K4 S  Q5 {% Z2 w. ~( v) q/ Oorders for external custom order clients

6)             Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory  
counts
% a: ~7 o& r& J# I# Q7 U$ S
7)             Provide a high level of customer service

' y* {* u( ~3 v9 H* {8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to  
* e0 L7 ^$ o. ddate with regards to consignment data

3 s5 Q  F2 D7 `' u# W: G9)             Perform other job related duties, in SUBtitles and  
SUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the  
6 K/ K- _( ~1 F& S5 F8 v  V/ }Operations Manager-Retail

- y# ]  w4 l: a# _  ?3 t) c" x3 a: U1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent
$ N; R; W6 \( L1 m: W0 `* d/ y
2)             Post secondary education would be an asset

3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

4)             Strong organizational skills
7 R. g) _1 Y! B  ]
5)             High level of creativity, initiative and attention to  
/ J0 v0 _) k6 D' j6 K! W: @" x0 _  Udetail

6)             Knowledge of computer operations

7)             Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a

8)             Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and

9)             Experience in handling cash

Salary:            $1864/month - under negotiation
Shift:            Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
