! c) s$ e2 _- f  a6 m8 PJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
) j1 t* K8 r# a* A' w& Massist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

/ o" m& u. i( |, k0 Q5 \% fDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
& m1 m7 d0 n; v% y# d; b- E1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
area.

2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
& ]% _8 q) j1 `2 u
3 n7 i7 U# E8 A1 s* Q& W3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
) e% n' T2 \% a, J4 Uper Capital Health standards.

4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
5 \0 l7 P# C! U/ G7 d* p. |work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
9 H7 O- O( q4 V9 Y2 R- ^7 s% foperating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

: U$ N1 B% G/ }, \% I5 H  i6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior

+ N: J) K1 z# n2 [4 `QUALIFICATIONS;
  l" A& o9 o/ j& o9 v8 ~1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
, p  F9 Q4 v. x8 afood handling and storage techniques.

& R! a9 P; t- a+ a. Y8 \9 T2)              Some cooking/baking experience.

* \( c1 y6 f) l$ D1 {9 ?3) Cashier experience.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
