4 F! p1 {* m- U9 sJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
+ \& f1 Z- H& N  x7 Y  p4 Lpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

* C$ M) W  w$ L# dDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
2 A& j4 v- p4 H" J8 q! Aand are University affiliated.

# B  ^  _! r# \/ R, C! r6 W/ M8 p1 L2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

5 m6 \: s: i# X3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
/ x$ J3 P6 D+ Jof garbage.
2 {5 s- T/ _  G+ n
4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
- U" Z% e, `2 earea when required.
$ V* @: l  Y( |8 W6 \6 s$ n+ Y
6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
  _2 u( `# x6 O5 dManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
, h$ \0 o+ a2 t' e: V: T1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
! M- H. \8 W. h9 O  i
2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
3 ~3 c% k; h& D) M6 Gcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
4 F8 z/ y3 o" J) H2 G
4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
: I1 n( S! Y& Q! ?public.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
