DOORPERSON (RATT)

( G1 k( U! P5 g4 A" lJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

" ^& i5 _& W1 ^# _. q. T  y2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
- W1 ^/ S3 ^6 j: S& Oconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
& G/ C. ]2 V: L' E7 J: m5 Aof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
4 R/ A0 V% v1 w7 L6 T2 vcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities
