DOORPERSON (RATT)

JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
$ c% X( o% k' ]* Z(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
- b& I' F8 u( a7 M# |/ V+ Spolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

  O2 a! ]3 u9 v" W) Z7 FDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
/ K6 |( G3 g( P1 x6 H7 r# W6 W$ ^and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
+ N4 p4 l8 D- H$ J  f& R- M; fof garbage.

; j2 T: G9 I+ W, Q4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

3 O! o1 ?: v" z% i! Q: n5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
* V9 l4 H' n' C. [4 u: Q1 D! F4 x' aarea when required.

8 N; m0 f, O, {( H8 O6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
  ]5 J# o. @' v7 PManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

& G) n2 ]% |" o) {. Z3 ?QUALIFICATIONS;
. w: P+ I3 I7 C% a1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
3 ~- q! u# m. w, K# k# R7 Vof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
$ a- H% ^. R7 ?" S( Pcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

$ X: I) ]4 A7 V4 j, S" T, D4) Must be physically capable.
