请教一个问题

如果搬家没有提前一个月通知原房主，会损失多少钱？有明确的相关规定吗？有人说会多扣除一个月房租， 还有人说会损失100刀。因此请教，多谢！

According to Edmonton City's renting Act rules. If you signed a one year lease and left before lease over

amount. If you refuse to pay, he will put a bad point in your Credit report. You might have difficult to rent next
place. Best is tell the landlord even it is less than 1 month.

If your lease is month to month, and he finds the next renter, he should give back your deposit minus damage.

- ^# Q% }) }7 _: w: B! i. U A re-rental fee of $100 if the tenant terminate a month to month lease with in four (4) months of occupying  the apartment.
* {7 g6 I$ }3 R/ A) B（termination by tenant) 一项中没有明确的关于没提前通知将如何如何的条款。
