+ v% x7 n1 `! N2 e$ O I& ?+ O1. Serve as a key business and licensing role within a cross-functional team for identification, evaluation and licensing of strategically important technologies. / o0 F- i& f( p# R3 Z
2. Manage technology alliance activities, including the coordination of appropriate agreements’ execution, alliance negotiations, and post-deal compliance in China.

1. MBA and/or advanced scientific degree in agricultural biotechnology related fields (such as plant molecular, cellular and developmental biology, genomics, and plant genetics, bioinformatics, etc.) are highly desirable. ! z' ~" j2 `" A1 \
2. Proven experience in technology identification and licensing within China, or equivalent experience with biotechnology research and commercial licensing agreements is preferred.
( z! G9 C& ]+ e8 J- [3. Working knowledge of Intellectual Property policies, including Chinese and international patent regulations and procedures would be advantageous. 7 c# x" @2 z9 N8 N
4. Productive business and scientific interactions and good relationships with major biotechnology institutes in China would be advantageous.
$ z( G8 ?# H+ Y# W/ X: j) G5. Able to work independently as well as cooperatively in a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment.
