! ?0 F' B, Q$ {/ }( X& b8 H& \•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
' i+ c2 t& `) n$ p3 |•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

! i  _5 b, X/ r/ B  J•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
1 {/ [: S; a) A# x1 W, z! I- T•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
# Z6 }' z9 R' \$ {4 u•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
