POSITION SUMMARY:

8 d3 G3 J2 C; U  T•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
5 C- t( |) e% ^/ X5 u, LDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
8 u9 `3 X# H* ~/ ^+ E•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
- A7 F: _# a$ \( U, m$ _3 ]2 S' O•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.

•        Maintain employee files and records.

4 N! u5 s  O2 l% }+ R4 F5 BREQUIREMENTS:

9 h- }( N* p6 T& u- ?) l•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
+ g# A9 i: Z4 v•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
3 R' U4 T) p$ i0 J- v•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
7 ~2 q$ e' i4 u•        Excellent customer service skills.
' r7 t9 h: b7 _! u1 ?/ G) _•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
" ?$ s9 v4 `  @" A$ A$ }4 g•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
