POSITION SUMMARY:

* Y! \7 a4 Z0 P' l7 H: ~$ m4 ?- u•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
4 s& L) F9 u. |/ z+ d9 d7 z; vDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
2 |5 i7 W1 h' ^. b+ J$ R•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
$ t7 d, Z- K9 U' P•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
& {/ y  `* {- L- f: c# q) k9 G5 R' M: S- z+ S•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
! R; E# e) C, k2 T) b7 Z! X7 A•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
! b. O- X- u1 \•        Excellent customer service skills.
; f: w7 z: _" H* c1 o6 Z•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
( ^- x% y& C5 o+ J•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
