5 X' G0 e2 c% G" ], V( J•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

: t' j" S, w7 v  b5 B/ N1 ?. t•        Lead by example in company service standards.
" M+ w9 Q# J# ?. e4 g! m; J1 j•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.


% n& }; v% X& R# T! fREQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
