Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
7 n4 K+ H4 t# n" l• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
' @; w, a9 }( U3 k( h/ D% K, M+ Q• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

• Lead by example in company service standards." C% Z+ d I$ t5 e( k
• Manage store physical inventory.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University or College diploma in Business an asset.
/ R0 j/ p/ a- _5 v1 J9 p• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
6 t$ n4 L( ~! @+ `• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
4 [( |1 J9 O) p: l- o• Excellent customer service skills.
1 G7 n1 j9 x/ N5 Q6 c• Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
