! W; g& T2 C" W% N' O•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
, E; {$ V5 z% m1 Y) @, z% H( o•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
* K" x# |. `, O' o: j•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
* E, g% l3 M# {. j" U' G4 N•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
( ^5 m5 t/ T$ d. F: K$ v, `, ~& n& j•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
