•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
% }; Y( I7 F- G•        Control store-operating expenses.
4 C' Z9 r3 g, @# Z# }•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
$ }, W2 r5 S1 I8 |4 q- r$ |$ _•        Maintain employee files and records.

8 g0 B& w/ B0 P* a) PREQUIREMENTS:
. L, m5 S, m$ Q) H
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
5 Y! P! R  U" B+ U: ?•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
