Just like your name, mobile home does not have a land (or lot). Your house is located on a rented land. So you need " @% J1 y8 y; v" y! C" t, w
to pay the land rent every month. The owner of the lank can increase the land without the limit. Once he raise the $ j) R3 u6 V6 C2 V7 [5 O/ J3 frent to a price that you don't satisfy, you have to move to other land. That will be a big pain to you.
