Role Details
Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible

Vehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided
Probation: 90-day probationary period

Investigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
! S/ i2 G4 g7 v2 M+ N6 x, uManage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
Issue notices to tenants
Communicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
. H0 W% @" \+ L& oMonitor repair status and property condition
Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
