Chej Property Management Inc. is hiring a Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties in North Edmonton. This role requires strong communication, customer-service skills, and hands-on property management experience.

Role Details
: X8 E5 x, D+ t9 t9 J! N8 CHours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible
1 h  l) \9 J; a4 e$ L! K; Y9 ULocation: Our office is in the south; travel to north sites required
/ F; I9 r2 _8 k" zVehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided

Requirements

Post-secondary degree

) r/ w1 a6 Z; w7 g4 iInvestigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
( |" q  ?3 i- y  f0 S4 QManage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
( `# w: m9 p- A7 hIssue notices to tenants
% N! ]8 e9 N9 w6 q( n: Y1 N% @7 fCommunicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
: f2 j2 c8 H/ }, g. SMonitor repair status and property condition
Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
