Chej Property Management Inc. is hiring a Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties in North Edmonton. This role requires strong communication, customer-service skills, and hands-on property management experience.

Role Details
1 k  L! y" r1 C$ N; |+ k# UHours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible
0 t# e3 @1 S% F3 QLocation: Our office is in the south; travel to north sites required
7 `  Y4 a4 x: `- vVehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided
6 Y; g3 P$ t, f2 mProbation: 90-day probationary period

Minimum 6 months of customer-service–related experience
Post-secondary degree

Class 5 driver’s license

Key Responsibilities
Investigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
# _) A$ L7 c( [' a/ WManage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
Issue notices to tenants
( f+ `$ g" a3 |$ ?% ^Communicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
Monitor repair status and property condition
# @' h' r+ l& J- [Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
