27.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 3 p.m. until 8:30  
p.m., Monday through Friday

JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
, y: c3 z& @6 w1) Serve as cashier when required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

! [  Y  X) D, y- a6 U3 n  a3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

" w8 J3 C" E. Z+ b# t/ F5 z4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

, k3 T+ x, h( D5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

/ B3 r  n- f2 l/ G6) Perform monthly food inventory.

7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

( S8 r/ ^% r% m% s; j To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

3 y# V; g$ b) n! T- P; J1 MQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

3) Cashier experience.
* B' A4 H% }6 F0 j2 j$ r9 l1 q4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Very good public and staff relations.

  d/ ?0 w1 Y  X" E6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
