. l& ]/ Q9 m7 p) p5 Q3 }% Lp.m., Monday through Friday

( Y2 J2 T% F  }" Z17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00  
: w+ H# w5 \. n! r! B  S& f3 ]- up.m., Monday through Friday
JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
- O2 _& @) |+ R  z5 P$ b+ X0 ]Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1) Serve as cashier when required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
( g3 p. n. s2 Q9 y. \8 f
3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

$ v$ M5 s+ k; z( h3 U0 A  I0 k4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

. @1 X  a9 T+ i) F+ ~5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.
5 m4 E: @4 {. N, k1 v+ |% I$ e1 y" u2 O/ ~
6) Perform monthly food inventory.

& t2 L( K; K/ E7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
" G4 P/ `/ n9 h7 g) hshifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
! ?+ H' L' [5 U2 E: L. Rknowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
) D! N4 b8 o9 }6 v+ |$ v+ B( H7 x
& K& V4 K: p& W- o2) Previous experience with food inventories.
0 u- l: r7 c0 ?0 E5 W- ^* X# C$ U
/ W' ]* D$ A$ O: [4 C% z  W3) Cashier experience.
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Very good public and staff relations.
! H; u% j1 J& i, U# Q
6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
4 j% K8 }: L8 o, D" E. Fpurchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
