JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the # c- E( e6 C* I' p& S! K
Operations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the ; m& q: j4 ~4 J9 n$ U9 r* B9 X
bar and debit floats.

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular

storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close

7) Training part-time staff in a manner consistent with maintaining a

operation.
