JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the
; r; X! Z5 c9 HOperations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the
" c y! Q" F% }% K3 qprocedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service, , ]! a% y$ _. S3 }. j& h
cleanliness and order in the bar.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:, [! P, o& Y, C$ X M+ X
1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of / q+ x x; Y+ }$ \
each shift, and upon closing.

3 M+ b, |+ T& f6 Z1 g4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular
+ L4 M+ N0 ?/ c# Z, a" C+ x8 nattention to areas used by customers including bar counters and
) b$ b, O6 |3 ]2 Tseating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
( X8 w; S: i/ U+ ?storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol 0 Q4 m9 v: t f X
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a * ]3 ?+ X5 `: s

7) Training part-time staff in a manner consistent with maintaining a
