JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the % P/ t' N* o+ A9 a
Operations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the $ z8 f( E1 L# I5 U7 y* V: h
procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service, 8 w4 b ]1 i- @& n4 i" j
cleanliness and order in the bar.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
8 i1 Q6 x& N" D) {5 m1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the / |4 U" Y2 I5 a, g, _
bar and debit floats.

& Y/ J" Z( @. T5 b/ N3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of
0 Q2 W6 u' T ceach shift, and upon closing.

attention to areas used by customers including bar counters and

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in & G; s5 J% A4 V! D
storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol / \9 `. n4 T5 b
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in
' c6 b- O& R# o. G$ }5 o; ~accordance with Students' Union policies.

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume ) u; I; E1 s# Y. P

4) Good physical condition, the ability to handle full beer kegs.
