customer service and room cleanliness.

# V) V5 r u* @ g( SDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
* o+ [2 a) P5 [2 i" ?7 V% u) ?+ P1) Provides table service by taking and delivering food and beverage : e/ R( \( i- K" X
orders.

6 }% o3 [! y, N i6 V6 F* H2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a 7 j$ C3 T5 {( _2 Z0 z% Q
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in $ b i' I7 d+ b7 S3 j
accordance with Students' Union policies.

, A+ K4 u' E9 ^ n. T. ^3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the 7 `" F- W1 }$ b$ j6 b/ b9 `$ v% ^
total cash-out value of items sold on each shift.
& d: e% t/ P6 x, _" @* l+ F' `0 \+ f9 _ b, E4 |; t3 p+ y
4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness,
( x1 X5 a, |8 e; E zincluding regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal 4 M% m1 b4 R3 F2 p1 |$ c
and ensuring floor surface cleanliness./ M( L+ D8 J: Y+ L
/ {3 |4 P4 |/ s3 D" y* I7 `5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate & k2 W8 y' u' g
action when necessary in accordance with established Server # e- m8 R. ?" F. d/ ~
intervention procedures and provincial liquor laws.
% {* w5 ?8 ~1 `$ h# N) o" J* @6) To enforce the AGLC Liquor Control Act, the Capital Health
" O5 K C# i+ j" o5 _2 J& [, hAuthority Act, U of A and Students´ Union regulations and policies.$ s& j+ g; j3 }

QUALIFICATIONS;
3 ?, Z- p5 T {1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.. i% I0 Z3 K7 h3 z
9 O; p& c9 r, y9 p% u/ T Q
2) Minimum one year serving experience in a high-volume, food-based
8 F) U6 I/ r3 ?7 [0 _operation.1 y6 `0 T/ n( d6 x" ]4 }. [* p
m) N* Y7 `/ t% ?, p3) Personal cleanliness and dress in accordance with Students' Union
# f5 w- y7 Q1 Mpolicy.

- a4 B, X6 O r4 o4) Experience operating an Interac terminal and processing charge ) x* _" ~6 B4 _* q' h0 i

5) Ability to deal with staff, students and the general public in a 3 _: L$ s1 T5 m- }1 G$ e) r' @) }0 y* S

Wage: $7.00/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food
