1. Able to communicate fluently in English

3. Have education in any recognized high school, college, university or other qualified institutions- _+ V% L, \9 D$ s( i
4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
2 @! I0 E7 i# V" x5. Has class 5 drivers license and at least 1 yr driving experience3 F. _# T1 ^) C& d) Q5 f: J1 u
6. Working experience is not required but preferred. ; z& F0 h- n( W- {8 \

Job Duties:: f* e ^+ S, t$ K7 c. F3 t
1. Drive to buildings at different addresses, investigate and report any issues.
. H# @. O7 |$ ^) Y1 t6 w' b2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks& F' w2 i1 i% ]% k
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties6 ~% h) F) m+ p1 Q6 z5 C9 F
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
; Z# p# }* h) e0 l1 `0 o5 I& G5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs3 K: z1 B: r/ M2 L
6. Willing to learn and perform simple repairs and cleaning. # F; Q, z9 q0 M0 n
