Requirement:

2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance
7 Z% P# z8 i4 n) u3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions( F# a+ i* @/ R3 V% [
4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
4 M/ g/ t6 u9 B( V4 D' ^5. Has class 5 drivers license
9 ~1 @; D$ Y6 x4 _) _) B3 m t6. At least 1-year work experience in any field

Job Duties:: g5 z/ q6 l# o/ Z7 Q
1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
/ U, o3 g& D8 M) S, `+ D1 B8 M2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
+ J* Z8 \" F1 u: ~, S3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties+ A( n, E& n0 ]$ z: `& t& `7 f$ M* Q" v
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices5 Z1 G' a/ W, o6 e! f1 E
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs4 z$ ^+ A" d& V& y& x+ D% {
