Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties., X* _( {0 W$ m( y) ]
A comprehensive working knowledge of the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act.

Supervision of contract service providers.

Maintaining regular, clear, and appropriate communication with tenants.

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.# t8 `+ |/ B7 [# J
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.- c. o- _9 ~5 @/ P8 A

Maintenance
/ U, R+ u- b$ t+ }- \7 m% tPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
9 s% x9 t/ `2 ^% \$ g" U+ YMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.. T$ n- M; b- G- k. h# `
Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes., Q1 z0 r5 n3 {) P6 d# W
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
# q% s Q9 ]0 {* lConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
