Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.
' E8 }4 C9 v- KA comprehensive working knowledge of the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act.

Supervision of contract service providers.

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.
- S1 k E4 ?- L% E7 Z7 eOversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.
+ f- O" Y6 A2 T. d& lCollection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required. c4 N1 E' d3 o) G8 l' o9 H
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
0 _0 a6 A1 j/ v5 _0 ^, |Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.; H' @6 V* j9 l+ U0 H: W+ P
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
