Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Maintenance

Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.$ A$ a. j0 {: `
Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
" s0 {7 J+ n4 A7 `7 a, KSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
* P+ u+ Q! L3 W' i1 o, }Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained. M8 l) H a& Q7 a$ W! Y
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
