As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.

2 C, D+ B4 x2 m& @Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.' w& W1 V: V8 Q0 F5 R8 W

Maintenance
0 `2 C9 _9 s$ @0 `Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
2 p" D5 }5 R; V# G+ J" T! QMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
4 K! x8 b' j4 z% Y6 y2 h# W! }Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.0 T3 s2 {* G; c
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.& g' ]+ w) U1 K; a! G
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
& ] o( m* ]2 a& }& U7 ~Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
C- d. F9 T7 pEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
