As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

· At least 1-year customer service working experience in Canada {( `8 b5 q* L' [

A comprehensive working knowledge of the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act.

Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.: Y2 l2 Q& N- ~: d

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.; i1 e2 r7 j# [0 {
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

The duty of a Resident Manager ensures the satisfaction of the tenants and the Landlord.
