Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.! A Z0 V6 x$ W% P. i
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
' Y1 p7 F) `& O6 [0 t4 ZMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
7 [5 T# A1 i- ?; Y$ ]Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
+ h7 Z* T+ a0 B: l2 wSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
) |6 g% q R) F5 F- ]Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
3 x' V, y) u; z, l# d5 p1 HPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
) N6 ]: C" {, Y2 W9 TEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.: |, c) f' o4 Z" Y4 G8 @
