The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
" ^  f& T9 i* ]/ frecruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
& f2 Y5 I# ]8 u% G; lStudent Intern.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
2 ~  n" B7 @: A" `maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
( t4 E# t% S. F, y, Naddresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
) t4 U$ L- c0 T- o9 pskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
( N6 A  X2 \7 \+ W: uan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
