; t3 k+ V) G* M+ b! i0 v6 GShift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:
3 J3 V7 f. h0 T' x
- l; H; P& x$ u/ ^, B2 H( Y+ U( W-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
1 v  O+ c3 V3 o" z* v( o3 s; D: g0 J. V-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
) G  k. ]+ V' |& {-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

-Customer service concepts.
-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
-High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple demands.

Education and Qualifications:
( e  W2 i8 _1 y* z7 e) i2 V
- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
  J' R4 s1 ^, F$ j- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
9 c% J5 i9 X# w3 E0 S4 \1 l- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
