CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Pay: $20-$23

Shift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:

-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
/ s+ T* u; P& g8 B/ x/ e-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
) @  Q8 `( P" z$ U, S- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

- Excellent teamwork skills, complemented by the ability to work well independently.

Education and Qualifications:
6 r5 w  i, x7 n& w- P+ J
2 c$ H3 E4 r# [9 i4 ], c& d- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
