0 Y: z, ?' M: R/ `1 U. M$ i! _The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.

Loads and unloads non-ferrous material5 ^- _: l! V6 g9 c9 R
Must be able to work safely at all times7 c/ M- Q) A$ J
Be able to effectively perform tasks independently" R' A$ D {# b: Z
Performs routine housekeeping.

Knowledge of non-ferrous processing

Well-articulated and assertive+ R4 f8 j) P9 S( X' L
Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization X# a! A5 _& Y9 h; w
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
