Requirements:
1) Manage Front Office operations, and oversee operations of the Motel

2) High degree of attention to detail and professionalism

3) Demonstrated commitment to finding new and better ways of working by applying learning, feedback and experience

4) Results oriented with the ability to be flexible

5) Energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated and prepared to exceed our guest and employee expectations

6 i  @! E0 H6 N0 n' Q6) Knowledge of Microsoft excel/ word

/ m& S. E* t/ c' T/ U' q, b6 t7 A0 E7) Conduct DAILY room inspections for cleanliness and maintenance

/ i6 T3 K1 W0 u& @+ Y8) English communication skills

9) General know how of plumbing, electric, heating.

11) Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadlines

Compensation:
