Posting Rental Ads: Advertising available rental properties on platforms like Kijiji, Rent Faster, and Marketplace to attract potential tenants. This involves creating appealing ads, including relevant details and updating them regularly.

Viewing Arrangements: Scheduling and conducting property viewings with interested prospective tenants.( h8 ?7 E, m$ b! \9 N: f

Tenant Screening: Identifying suitable tenants by conducting reference checks or credit checks.. Y8 b) w8 H6 X6 l" g

Experience working in the residential property management industry.
