Posting Rental Ads: Advertising available rental properties on platforms like Kijiji, Rent Faster, and Marketplace to attract potential tenants. This involves creating appealing ads, including relevant details and updating them regularly.$ `* a, ~5 p% @

Viewing Arrangements: Scheduling and conducting property viewings with interested prospective tenants.1 s8 B. L: z( l

Move-ins and Move-outs: Conducting inspections with tenants before they move in and after they move out. Determine any necessary deductions from the security deposit if applicable.
