2. Arrange the viewing appointments
+ |* d' i4 d" a. Q6 [. H3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
4 R/ T/ x# _: U" a; e3 Z) j' l5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
6 c* T9 j& r, H- K. e7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

Live on-site:
( [; m# o" K1 K! y1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
