1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments

0 H. l. i, y/ D( a8 e2 ~4. Handling phone calls and emails
5 }7 Y# w& H& r9 F* c5. Bookkeeping

7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
