Tasks
! Q# Q) ]4 r5 l; a9 B1 \0 H1 F        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and managers.
        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
& W" y7 p, D! e: T         Generate reports.
* K  G9 w1 v6 s8 c         Provide friendly and professional services.

& W' y" t, u3 z$ `" W0 I         Filling paperwork and document.
        Monitor and order office supplies.
        Container information update

1 N3 D9 Z$ ^; J7 o  W# JQualifications
        Strong verbal and written English.
# l+ h- ?' o+ ?% X0 q9 W% W         Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
