MadeFresh Foods Inc. is a fresh food manufacturer providing high-quality ready-to-eat food to your local grocery store.   MadeFresh Foods Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for a part time position in Edmonton, AB.
  b& G: M) s7 C. z9 C9 DBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
7 d) ?+ c$ k( j" d& f" {3 a3 P) `1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
9 V3 l; B0 c8 T6 {. m3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
; @# l; r* r2 {% [6 X4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
6 K* e& |" g! J* q3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment

Salary:
