Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
  o- E( J, k: ^0 b) i1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
7 O2 A" X4 H" I9 ~8 ]) Y2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
  @+ h7 R, t5 |! A- [  _3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
& U, Y) b/ y" z. Y- ]4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
. q3 A2 p% k% {  \+ |6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
% f- z9 W' H' p4 @7 d7 Q, o" K7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
) {* I3 c: I+ g1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
0 O8 i1 M) x/ K7 w2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
