% S, [+ h% l% i+ K+ i- T/ C) IBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
" I1 J5 I6 R6 h( ~, T8 w% Z2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
$ Q5 F: `( A" G$ B/ P, P& h4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
& \) m9 S' i* g' x  _: t- _7. Other duties as assigned
" B$ K, I5 b$ [2 W9 u/ XSkills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
