Develop and maintain a filing system4 F, p0 T* Z& j! Y, Q, C+ X
Update and maintain office policies and procedures# u. k# D( j7 i* V3 O
Submit and reconcile expense reports
( v6 h! c4 h: DAct as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy2 V( ]) X1 s0 y2 |
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs* l2 m! o0 B: X g- p. a0 B+ ^% F
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
7 {: G9 v: C) `2 m1 \4 ]High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
