Answer and direct phone calls
% F% S; y6 a) _) a+ s# NPlan meetings and take detailed minutes& R$ V' F E0 l8 e3 ~8 l$ H
Create email templates for operations department ^- ]6 ]7 k7 H
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports4 c( o( p) ]# N, g7 v2 y
Develop and maintain a filing system) o9 _/ P4 K6 i: V& s
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
2 G9 ?" i! U" {& L' CSubmit and reconcile expense reports
3 [7 e1 N4 C7 O) y( h @Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
. {2 H4 ? F% P8 n3 S9 @Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient2 c& j; _" C& S/ R
Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
3 S2 \5 v; H5 q8 IProficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
' q/ T+ s( ?/ R5 S) iStrong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
