Answer and direct phone calls

Create email templates for operations department

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
+ f$ J6 q6 @8 K3 s* ?% `" d2 TLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
2 `+ W' \5 I* D. Q& A. cHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
