Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports; _3 r1 }, @( q$ a' O) s
Develop and maintain a filing system
. H' D; I5 B# LUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures
. N3 X( b1 i; A5 rSubmit and reconcile expense reports. S1 I- J5 t: o
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients5 @1 `9 U3 _& |: N$ v& [- Q2 S
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

5 ~7 U: S3 B% C7 } ]Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
