Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
0 l  g: R! W- IŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
  r* v( t4 k: kŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
5 g4 u" a8 i2 X6 LŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
6 u" l3 T! `9 P: B+ i% ~Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
, t+ `* m! t8 w& Y8 s9 u  S9 o1 mŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

2 C; ^9 f' ]2 A# z7 n2 z! UŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
  e% l3 j2 _+ oŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
- f8 ^) |' F4 G. Z4 b: eŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
' O$ r9 `$ j& N. b& Z3 N+ F6 F7 ZŸ   Computer experience required.
1 D1 J( t  l9 _; ]& Y% YExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
