6 @; U/ H- L! r( G7 j$ m8 ^Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

( I$ R& [+ M2 c% G5 N/ P6 f" xŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
9 x. o! [4 d& K" q$ O( g  oŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
( s7 L( \8 v2 U- }5 M& U6 bŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
( U7 v, B: O: r  d: `% K. JŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
: a' r) d* F- M6 ?Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

/ P" w" a3 @) L  E, C" SŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
( Q% K; Q1 s; a; SŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
