* H* y3 M8 `0 i0 jThe Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
-Job Responsibilities:
7 E) o( i1 Q' v' N/ \  n" RCreate high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
- J* u+ O  _: U* U  dEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
4 R, D2 o% C& K( T1 p: q# [5 i3 lMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
# ^/ ?( u" G% L: nOrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.
