Job Description
! m5 I3 ^' }- L6 m( y- S% JResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
2 X1 n7 ]0 w+ i# b* OResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.% s. ?" x" r y8 a
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.0 I7 h3 f" {! \& c/ Y/ t' s
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
k1 I* b- o+ Q9 h/ fResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.+ o9 J: q% [0 r, I7 ~, l& |
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services. l2 m9 |1 l! T" G
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
v0 l7 g* r. B5 N6 C! gImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
3 J0 D+ q* K1 d! ABuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
! E( `' J& i) N5 NHelp desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
