Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.5 g# b/ @+ |. X( q' c3 l. a: ~
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
2 _# O; [. x0 ]7 k% [4 ^Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.. }7 k# h9 I% y( j, Q; D
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.) X% H% o, V! M8 ? B# P
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
8 n% r! b9 [- `7 XResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
$ W- L) [% {' q3 v& D1 ANetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
. S2 ~$ w$ r4 zImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
" z; r( A2 Q+ N; s. @0 O) iBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.( x) o8 y1 u+ `) y3 E6 N
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
