在EDMONTON西南面不错的区有RIVERBEND AREA. TWIN BROOKS等.30万以下新房子的在RIVERBEND AREA的 RIVER SIDE, 23AVE的WHITEMUD RIDGE,WHITEMUD OAKS, LEGER等区都能符合你的条件.

(2) best of best: Blue Quill (west of 119 St, south of 40 Ave, North of 23 Ave,) ( with 30 wan, you can't buy even a small house here)

???. Blue Quill is a good community, but not a best community. (west of 119 St, south of 40 Ave, North of 23 Ave,) includes many communities(grass sweet, blue quill, green field ...). You can buy a top quality house in these communities with less than 30 wan.
