CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
, |1 Q& G. x' U% D" o8 |•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
7 q4 ~, v' ]  D' W•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
1 ^4 f' e* n3 P  C0 A0 @* ?) ?! q•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
! B7 q( ?* q/ }) |. g•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
+ E5 [6 t. U% s4 z. `: v•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

9 R: L1 x# b6 y, l( k/ m2 Q$ CAccountant Requirements:
# T& _6 }+ T1 w' T8 f. f4 L/ O9 i! M
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
" w$ e) ~. i5 }' P$ X•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
) _! a+ V) {( x1 _( G•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
# ]7 t$ s" ]; U  w; b9 V' ~•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
