CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
0 X6 N( D. j$ G0 Q  n•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
$ e+ x3 g+ p% K* q- G0 L" f% F•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
$ q- g  P' J3 d/ h: {, ~+ c& w•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
! ^- ?! p4 E' I•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
$ ?7 y8 z, ?% K4 G0 G9 T9 F•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
# o7 [1 h0 j: H$ f  t8 x•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
. ~) Q& h1 L6 n3 C•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

1 [% Z7 S5 B; p' }+ z/ d, r6 TAccountant Requirements:

4 n- m( u, {& S•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
% B: A: ^3 F3 I6 |: @* s•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
% y5 O) u0 A4 e1 o•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
0 \+ k" Q1 h! _4 ^. t+ G•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
