CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

% }7 Q* z) U3 \* N8 z& E6 B$ LResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
$ N. W7 I0 B$ M- T/ }: z•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
# s1 o0 k+ b: I4 y( s6 p7 I; s! T•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
. H2 i+ D6 Y$ f& Z! W3 t2 o•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
* J) P: V- s1 ~8 X+ ]+ R•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

% R. ?9 s1 U- I& z* m•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
. G% N8 \' _9 O0 e% P, T2 ^•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
6 c  X& m# p# Q3 s% \, t•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
, j$ A$ z+ e# q•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
