$ ?1 D) H1 i: t; A, tThe procurement officer is responsible for:
-        Identifying and serving the needs of each business department
& K9 [2 G6 l% `. i1 e, Z-        Sourcing and evaluating local, national or international suppliers
/ z. [' r  ~( h4 H8 @-        Negotiating terms, conditions and contracts
-        Building and managing supplier relationships
. k3 y+ J$ j& O4 n: n1 n' t- I* H-        Performing cost savings and profit margin analyses
) N) \4 r  o8 C3 F: }3 u, ^4 p$ I
% ^" J$ t$ F) `% cRequirements:
- Sound research skills
! t, q. C% k- W- i  v- z8 B% ~3 ~- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5 _4 V8 u; y8 y  x7 d+ v- Strong organization and time management skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
3 q$ w* `2 c* |* {6 K, {0 t, w- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Cycle counting and adjusting experience preferred  
- Experience with mechanical parts, welding materials, PPE and consumables for the construction industry is an asset
' a3 }# S. y0 a8 k( ^- Experience with Inventory control is an asset
