• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
  V. q* l6 B. Q' m. C$ @% V• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
, M" C5 v" r/ h9 u0 M" g; m• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
: B2 ~) ?1 B1 P2 o- i- m• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

/ `7 `- F& ]% A, y4 ^  O$ B• Proven strong sales and customer service
• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  @+ @" ^, r, f3 w# e+ G; Z. E' n• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
9 }( l. G0 U3 C; d( V: g• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience
3 w; A" g( z' X) }+ c. r• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

8 t" C& g8 r  r4 ]• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
