3 t, _% q' h8 p5 n' q" K• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
: }" O) x/ {1 s* ?. p& g4 x  b• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
! S1 \( \9 H/ N8 n, q• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
& a: N5 F0 j3 q" p9 z• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

0 z0 v4 p- {# p2 q# {5 D• Proven strong sales and customer service
• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
  I3 y* O; _+ U( m• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
8 Q) R$ T! o& Y( M• Previous customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
