Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
% Q* f/ x& h* z8 }8 K  z- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
. h8 k/ ~, @- v8 Q: q9 i0 Y6 |- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
/ V% q# g  v- v' K( j- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.

- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
$ h/ n2 O1 E& K. e- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
