Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
; m( B) p, e! @6 J1 t( Z3 ?- Secondary school graduate
7 r1 l' k  W4 z! z7 c( f7 @- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- m* W5 Z6 p& E$ F+ K; H! V+ n6 I6 ~- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
* I( B8 q/ r+ p9 [$ @- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
: r+ ?  U  Z4 N3 ^) G+ y- Professional appearance and attitude.
2 p% w5 F# }& Q6 B+ k8 h- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
$ T5 A; M5 R2 t& R- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
