Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:

4 Q  ]$ ^! n' s' [1 C- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.

- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
) w! n0 y& j$ J$ {' ?' U- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
" F. L6 s, ], f# X7 C- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
( W$ h5 P+ F& S( r  I- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
! I' V) M) `/ ^4 U- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
% u0 U: i  Y( T6 T( u- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
