-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC

-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public' g, x$ Q3 o6 z2 y2 h4 K! s. ^1 o
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets! ?) k' s' p: y# A3 p
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.& v9 ~& \2 t* v; P4 h( O
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy! P3 `0 w2 A2 C) D: R1 O

-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
