Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
& o( V' v% S* S5 J5 w-Completion of a post-secondary education
( I2 t; d- ]: g  V-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
- y/ U# V$ `0 `# U0 D# z" ~- ^-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
! `! ?2 Z/ g% s6 |, ^. p; b-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
, C$ p6 u; w% ?* c0 r' E9 R: f3 h-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
0 X0 u4 }6 ?! g/ o! L-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
4 A' ~' \; U* R/ H-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
6 f( X' A! X# W$ s3 E. n; m* b-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
