-Completion of a post-secondary education
6 W' _  \8 x5 x' b" O5 j+ y4 J6 i+ u-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
8 A( c5 L% G/ m0 H) X-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

  g& Z  k% b6 u# ^-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
* x' v5 H) |3 E. P6 `. [-Sales Experience is an asset
8 n/ D4 M* z9 p-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
