Requirements:

I.        Order Related

- Check order Accuracy in time manner3 q5 S* ]8 V: o8 B  r( q' A& l
- Order Acknowledge by email$ ^2 J" p. |1 e+ N; i9 ]! i( r
- Order Checking according to guideline
+ P4 r% y6 R4 k8 P, Q  @. r- Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner7 b. Y: b$ W, a
- Charge Credit Card to approve payment
: M( N7 W1 `! m4 F' N- Send orders to warehouse to process. Y# r9 c8 X4 C
- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage  ^9 u" G. ^( g  K: z0 s7 H
- Follow up and report about order status2 m2 V+ W6 ~9 x( Y) c- |9 O
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
& `" f% x8 j! v- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.

- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.
& T) L2 E6 F) I( j/ I- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal9 p% S+ s# t, s  Z4 y
- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters
% D. q' C- r7 R+ `0 X- Point of contact with Factory in China
, c$ J5 ~6 ]7 o( n* @- \8 t- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly + t: g. w. `& h, V0 P
- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage( |6 R$ R/ F4 P) q5 D$ ~' Q* N
- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative3 k. O" t! R1 @& \/ S
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z. / l/ q* N2 R5 S  j" N, g
- EDI accounts related work and others as required 2 C. P: o9 ^- b2 A

$ W6 Z8 u$ g. E* L* b$ n. \0 T- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
# |% i6 w1 ?9 b! W$ V- U- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures( @, Q. S* g4 N0 ]& u2 R
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.7 |  L- ^+ Y2 z; S- m1 H
- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.+ Q( i3 w4 m' K! A$ g+ N) v! L7 M. h
- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
- `1 _' z- t2 {0 n, J, X- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.4 C  Z+ n$ t2 |, C
- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.
( b5 k" s$ o7 \/ v" v- a! k- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.% l, s) m# c0 }* F( Q
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.
8 \' A) _$ A( P2 \$ p! v2 ^- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.( @/ Y6 C6 D- e7 N" `2 I$ J
- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.+ O( R1 a. J2 K/ ]' W) N

- Work out Sales or Inventory related Reports on Monthly Basis or others as required* \5 d% v2 h/ d% E$ P% O

- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts
