- Send orders to warehouse to process

- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.

- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters

- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
& N! a4 U$ [, T0 T7 O$ Q1 e- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
8 Z- B9 {4 }( u3 n5 O( O5 d- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with account representative' P* [/ Z1 p( [# m
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z. # L: @. W G. S |9 A
- EDI accounts related work and others as required

II. Logistic:

- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.3 Q- {6 A, B8 x$ r! E( R' ~ L
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures# s: o9 I" h) x; t4 I1 m% s9 d3 T5 x
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.+ ]$ T& }8 e3 e4 V* A5 D
- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.; b' c1 }8 J" E) g) m1 {" S
- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
A" d* q3 `- R- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
; ~( U+ ?5 S. A% _* |6 j) l- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.
+ K# b2 V" e; \9 \; ]- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.3 Z: Q# L; k+ S
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.
+ u3 l; B) Q' }$ l- E" w- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.* r! E% |& U8 |1 x; r7 @; j0 V
- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.

- Respond to customer & Internal team’s inquiries and ability to solve problems

- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts
