- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently
; E: |" L5 t4 P$ t- V- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.
# i m5 \2 G$ p7 V- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal3 a! z; G$ K$ h# b) M$ p
- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters * v- u! j/ {% [1 K1 G
- Point of contact with Factory in China
5 V7 S: h$ o: N7 y. n- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly ( G% J& D3 d. ^$ E' \6 x. g
- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage9 E) R% r0 p, N+ s5 g# P% q
- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with account representative
9 Q: @( ~& Q; C' f) \9 `- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z. ( _+ T$ s } Y& `, ?1 d5 j% T7 W
- EDI accounts related work and others as required 2 ]& Z% W6 G. T4 a- I6 V& t

II. Logistic:

- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation." t9 _5 S2 e" N8 J
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
" s, X9 n6 _) Y6 ]: @- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
* x: T; v. o; o/ A& }- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics., Z& O5 T3 f L
- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
" y/ W* ^% m. B J4 {0 z- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.6 F2 @8 G) Z# f8 H& V0 D
- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.$ W- K# F# y4 k
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.
! t: Q' b3 B0 b- g- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.$ U: O2 ?8 i+ i$ Z
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.& F) C+ Z- w i- Q
- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.

- Work out Weekly Sales Report& V, e: o6 J7 U( s
- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts

& w5 a; w% j# M3 T$ N& n- Assist Auditing’s request for Order Processing related procedures
