  @. W0 A7 C4 |: v* {% d& p( ?; w•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
% K( {, z7 c. E* }; D! c- R# T•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
8 k8 I9 c" F( ~! A, n•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
8 Q" a& n1 @) e3 f# g! L•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
1 i- u! w% `4 n- s8 [6 d•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
/ B$ M; e* d9 [) c) m) R* ?$ Q•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
1 _0 [& q- b- S. D1 U•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
- A2 c, p& F6 S! Z9 o% u/ J6 P: [•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
' V2 z. d7 f- b- f•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
: [8 E& [  j3 B2 r1 q4 d$ o•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
* J, W5 L! z) a9 `•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
& M* `% E# b1 H) \1 Z. t- s  KEducation and Experience
! M  C; y/ o5 Y/ z6 l( QPost-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
( T) a8 u' A& l8 K- x1 m+ u, X
: \" ~+ \7 g7 D% a5 O  M! V& X2+ years network related experience.
