Your Key Responsibilities
" b* l9 T2 v* g2 B5 Y•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
/ w4 H5 ?* p/ ]9 U7 {/ q•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
+ `$ ?5 }* t) Y1 `1 d( u4 P7 ~•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
9 J; [  q% G1 r* }•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
/ G" h" n3 O& c) ]& C•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
/ z+ M+ _4 [* B3 p& Q9 D8 U+ k•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
% I/ v3 ~7 V! k8 k" v) s2 h1 c5 [•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
/ \% n; ?1 J; d- R5 P& u1 @- {  g•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
' f% P% T: H# u3 s+ L# q" y
2+ years network related experience.

Position will primarily work in an office setting. May require some field work.
